Job Summary
Lead daily therapeutic groups within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program, providing compassionate, person-centered care while implementing individualized treatment plans. Serve as the primary point of support for consumers, managing crisis situations and assisting with discharge planning and care coordination. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and participate in team meetings to foster a collaborative environment. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at New Oakland Family Centers, reporting to the Clinical Director. Requires a Bachelor's degree with mental health experience preferred.

- Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment for documentation and telehealth purposes
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending and reaching
