Job Summary
Group Facilitator to lead group psychoeducation sessions for patients in substance-use recovery, provide structure and guidance during group sessions, and support the Treatment Team. Responsibilities include presenting skills and information to aid recovery, maintaining calm leadership during difficult conversations, contributing to Treatment Team meetings, and reporting to the Clinical Director. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, sociology, or an equivalent field, and US work authorization; 2+ years of clinical experience and addiction-treatment exposure are preferred.
