Job Summary

Join First Steps Recovery as a Group Facilitator, responsible for providing clinical group services in a supportive environment for addiction and mental health treatment.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the field of addiction and mental health or equivalent human services work experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • CPR/First AID Certification
  • Drug and Alcohol Counseling Credential or Internship

Desired Qualifications

  • Registered as an AOD intern or a RADT-1 Intern
  • Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certification

Additional Requirements

  • Negative TB test results
  • Medical Clearance to work
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
