Job Summary
Facilitate therapeutic counseling groups on topics including Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) for adult sexual offenders and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided. Work Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, with additional 4-5pm Wednesday staffing meetings. Operate across multiple Phoenix Metro locations including West Valley, Central Phoenix, and North East Phoenix, with all equipment provided. SAGE Counseling offers evidence-based treatment approaches, training, and supervision for clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a master's degree in a behavioral health related field
Desired Qualifications
- Trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
- Experience working with adult sexual offenders
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Group facilitation experience
- Behavioral Health Licensure
