Group Facilitator - Evening Hours

Job Summary
Part-time clinicians provide therapeutic counseling groups and occasional individual sessions for adults in the criminal-justice system, including groups on topics like MRT. Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions (evenings), maintaining clinical documentation within 24 hours of service, and supporting evidence-based treatment approaches with supervision and opportunities for career advancement. Must hold a master’s degree in a behavioral health field; MRT training and experience with adult sexual offenders are preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus; offices are located across the Phoenix metro area with assignments to the closest home location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
- Experience working with adult sexual offenders
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Group facilitation experience preferred
- Behavioral Health Licensure a plus
