Group Facilitator - Day Treatment

Conduct group therapy sessions independently and co-facilitate groups to support engagement and attendance for adults with eating disorders. Deliver curriculum aligned with Monte Nido's therapeutic approach while modeling healthy eating habits by participating in all program meals and snacks. Monitor patient safety, intervene with recovery-focused directives, and check in with clients not attending groups to ensure follow-up. Document interactions, behaviors, and interventions in daily reports and meal logs, updating group and meal notes within 24 hours. Coordinate outcome and satisfaction surveys, participate in staff meetings, and adhere to facility policies and confidentiality standards.
