Job Summary
Group Facilitator to lead substance-use treatment groups at Vogue Recovery Center facilities; facilitates groups ranging from 3-20 clients, provides organized and structured group sessions, and delivers psycho-educational topics to clients enrolled in the treatment program. Responsible for documenting individualized notes in the EMR within 24 hours of service, maintaining group flow and accountability according to agency rules, and supporting flexible scheduling across multiple daily time blocks (6 days/week) including 10:30-11:30am, 12:30-1:30pm, 12-3pm, 4-5pm, 6-7pm, and 6-9pm. Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
