Job Summary
Facilitate structured therapeutic groups in adults with mental health needs (e.g., art, music, fitness) using trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions. Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR, collaborate with the clinical team, ensure safety/crisis response per policies, and deliver care meeting Joint Commission, DHS/DHCS, and AMFM standards. Minimum 21 years old with HS diploma/GED and relevant credential/licensure; preferred Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field and advanced group-therapy certifications. Must be willing to travel to local residential facilities; in-person role based in Stillwater, MN.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Credential, certification, or licensure in a relevant specialty (e.g.,Music Therapist, Art Therapist, or Fitness Professional)
- Prior experience working with adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders
- Ability to pass state, federal, and company background checks
