Job Summary
Lead group exercise classes in a fun, enjoyable, and safe environment while ensuring all attendees receive the best possible experience. Work alongside the fitness team to deliver a successful class programme, bringing fresh ideas to the schedule as a passionate people person. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity throughout your shift. Casual hours are available as and when required. Salary is up to £26.81 per hour depending on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
- Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
- To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
