Job Summary
Lead group exercise classes in a fun, enjoyable, and safe environment while ensuring all attendees receive the best possible experience. Work alongside the fitness team to deliver a successful class programme and provide customer-focused service to members. Bring fresh ideas to the programme if you have a passion for helping others live healthier, happier lives. Casual hours are available as and when required, with a salary of up to £23.63 per hour. A nationally recognised group exercise qualification is required, though Les Mills training can be provided. This role is part of Freedom Leisure's mission to improve lives through leisure across 130 centres in England and Wales.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
- Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
- To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
