Job Summary
Group Exercise Instructors teach complimentary group exercise classes to Villa Sport members and guests, adhering to class formats and guidelines, motivating members to participate, and promoting participation in other club programs and services. The role requires current Group Exercise Instructor certification, First Aid/CPR, excellent teaching and customer service skills, and the ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds; flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and work schedules. Compensation is based on relevant experience with benefits including 401(k) match, complimentary club membership, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Group Exercise Instructor from an approved organization
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Excellent teaching skills
- Five-star customer service skills
- Experience teaching multiple class formats is a plus
