Group Exercise Instructor- Active Older Adults

Teach Silver Sneakers Circuit, Classic, Boom Move or Boom Muscle classes at the Greater Waco YMCA; maintain ongoing primary group exercise and Silver Sneakers certifications; lead and coordinate class sessions, ensure proper setup, timing, and equipment storage; adhere to YMCA policies and dress code; participate in staff meetings and trainings; sustain class attendance minimums and engage with members to support individual fitness goals; demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive, respectful attitude; complete CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 30 days of hire; pass required reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check, and sex offender check; opportunities for career growth and member engagement opportunities.
