Job Summary
Group Exercise Supervisor role leading a team of Instructors across dynamic classes (Yoga, HIIT, cycling, and signature CIMSPA-accredited classes) at David Lloyd Clubs. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple classes in one location, delivering CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching, driving member engagement, and supporting the achievement of members’ goals. Must be able to adapt to all fitness levels, demonstrate strong communication and customer service, and be self-driven with a positive outlook. Opportunities for career growth (master trainer, career transitions) and franchise membership are available; Eindhoven location in the Netherlands. Requirements include a CIMSPA Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, passion for health and fitness, and the ability to create an inclusive culture across diverse classes.
