Job Summary
This role involves leading complex design packages and ensuring adherence to "Safe by Design" principles while driving innovation and quality governance in MEP disciplines including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Public Health Engineering. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business strategy through research and technology development. Responsibilities include acting as a Technical Reviewer on projects, leading tasks or smaller projects, and implementing sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess relevant professional qualifications and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical leadership in MEP disciplines, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Public Health Engineering.
- Experience leading complex design packages.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Experience writing professional reports with minimal rework.
- Experience managing a team and supervising junior staff.
- Capacity to maintain commercial awareness and client engagement.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CEng, RIBA, CEnv, P.Eng, P.E, APM.
