Job Summary
Define CHANEL's long-term digital personalization strategy across all three divisions and lead the roadmap to deliver tailored experiences. Develop and oversee initiatives that connect client journeys, manage large-scale projects with Tech and Artistic Direction teams, and establish governance frameworks to scale personalization. Lead the US UX Research program by shaping testing priorities, designing experiments for actionable insights, and building a community of practice for global alignment. Mentor a high-performing team of two, prioritize roadmap projects, and manage resource planning and vendor relationships to ensure efficient delivery of best-in-class client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in digital personalization, experimentation, or UX research with demonstrated success in driving personalization and experimentation strategies at scale
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and developing high performing teams with highly specialized skill sets
- Deep expertise in personalization and testing platforms
- Strategic mindset paired with strong technical fluency
- Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across global and local organizations
- Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to quality
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with Monetate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, preferred
