Job Summary
Lead and execute manufacturing-focused commercial strategy for Minor Food across domestic and international markets. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring financial targets and budgets, acquiring new customers and managing client relationships, analyzing performance with key metrics for senior management, and leading diverse teams (R&D, Sales and Business Development, Supply Chain) to meet business plans. Create and execute a business plan aligned with brand strategy, drive growth through internal/external partnerships, pursue new business expansion domestically and overseas, drive new product development from concept to launch, and oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, and lifecycle relationships. Ensure product development and industrialization activities align with customer expectations, manage quality systems (GHP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO9001, FSSC22000, OHSAS 18001/ISO14001/ISO50001), and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Requires flexible to work at different locations; English proficiency and strong leadership, communication, analytical, conceptual, and negotiation skills. At least 10 years in the food industry in a management role, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
