Job Summary

The Group Director, Audience & Insights at Crossmedia will lead audience analytics efforts, develop data-driven insights, and support client strategies with a focus on data integrity and audience measurement.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in audience/data roles, analytics, data science, or a related field, ideally within an agency
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and data governance
  • Strong client-facing experience, translating complex data into actionable insights and influencing business strategy
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with addressable media and advanced measurement techniques (e.g., MMM, attribution modeling)
  • Leadership skills and relationship building
  • Deep understanding of 0PD/1P/2P/3P data, audience segmentation, modeling techniques, and measurement frameworks
