Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics leads to balance complex regulatory compliance with smooth user experiences across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. Bridge global and local needs by creating patterns that reduce friction for millions of customers while saving millions in operational costs. Lead a growing team of designers across Personal and Business Onboarding squads to pioneer design thinking in fintech compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Led design teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Know how to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Customer-obsessed
- Understand how to balance user needs with business constraints and regulatory requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and detailed UX execution
