Job Summary
Direct workflow and workforce based on volume of work duties while acting as a liaison with management. Lead site trainers, create effective presentations, and develop training programs for individual functionality within the warehouse management system. Prepare detailed work instructions and conceptual standard operating procedures for customer-level overviews. Conduct effective initial and cross-training of associates and outside workers on material handling equipment and classroom instructions. Support operations as needed by leadership. Requires 1+ year of training experience in a warehouse setting, a high school diploma, and 6 months of experience operating material handling equipment including a stand-up forklift. First shift Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience operating material handling equipment including a stand up forklift if preferred
- Experience and comfortability operating MHE in reverse is strongly preferred
- A minimum of 6 months experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc is preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
