Job Summary
Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members across Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, and Order Selecting. This is a working-lead role serving as the initial point of contact for associates, responsible for training, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure highest customer standards. Role requires coordinating daily workloads, directing work group activities, and ensuring safe operation of material handling equipment. Requires 3+ years in a related logistics/supply-chain role, forklift operation experience, and a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Shift is M-F 1st Shift, 7a-3:30p; pay is $21.50 per hour. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- 6-12 months forklift operation experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
- This role requires operating stand-up material handling equipment (Order Picker and Reach Truck) and other equipment as listed
