Job Summary
Group Coordinator Lead responsible for directing a work group in daily warehouse operations, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring performance standards are met. Lead will train, coach, and support associates, manage clerical tasks related to operations and reporting, and perform material handling and forklift operation as needed. Shift is 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday, with pay of $20.75 per hour plus $1.00 for 2nd Shift differential. Full benefits available (medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement). Role requires standing for extended periods, flexibility to work across multiple departments, and training will be provided. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- 6-12 months forklift operation experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
