Job Summary
Operate powered equipment to move, stack, and count products while ensuring accuracy for inbound and outbound shipments. Assign work schedules, train new associates, and monitor their daily progress and performance. Review documents for accuracy, communicate work practices and procedures, and open or close the building as directed. Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected. Maintain legible and accurate records or logs. Requires at least one year of warehouse experience and forklift operation skills. Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm shift at 13101 Worthington Road, New Albany OH.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience within a warehouse environment
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- 6-12 months forklift operation experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
