Job Summary
Group Coordinator Lead on First Shift at DHL Supply Chain. Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates, and monitoring progress for the work group; provides day-to-day direction and manages daily workloads. Requires 6-12 months of lead experience in a warehouse, training for new associates, and maintaining accurate records. Role includes opening/closing the building, reporting unsafe conditions, and communicating work practices to associates. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6-12 months warehouse experience

- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of forklift-training program within 30 days (preferred)
