Job Summary
Supervise warehouse staff by assigning daily tasks, shift schedules, and monitoring performance across Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, and Staging areas. Conduct training for new associates, support cross-training efforts, and ensure accurate receiving, cycle counting, and inventory reporting while resolving discrepancies. Assist the Supervisor in maintaining highest customer standards and report unsafe conditions immediately. Requires 3+ years in supply chain leadership, 1+ year in inventory control, and 6+ months operating material handling equipment including cherry pickers. Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, at $22.35 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse experience
- A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks
- A minimum of 6 month's experience operating stand-up material handling equipment
- A MINIMUM of 1 year experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels
- At least 6 month's experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus
