Group Coordinator Lead

Assign work schedules, conduct training for new associates, and monitor their daily progress while providing direct guidance. Maintain legible and accurate records or logs, review documents prepared by team members for accuracy, and communicate work practices and procedures. Open and/or close and secure the building as directed, and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected. Requires 6-12 months of warehouse and forklift operation experience, with a forklift certificate obtained within the first 30 days. This role supports the work group's operational efficiency and safety standards.
