Job Summary
Conduct daily work group direction, assign schedules, and monitor associate performance for the Mine warehouse team. Train new associates, review documents for accuracy, and maintain legible logs. Manage SAP Warehouse Management System tasks including receiving parts, processing returns, and handling customer inquiries. Open and secure the building as directed and report unsafe conditions. Requires 6-12 months of warehouse and forklift experience. First shift, rotating weekend schedule with $22 hourly pay plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- 6-12 months forklift operation experience
- Must be able to work a rotating weekend schedule, every other Saturday and Holidays
- Must be available for 5:00am – 5:00pm, Wednesday-Friday - Every Other Saturday
- Must be able to work in an industrial setting
- Must be able to work with long, awkward and Heavy parts
- Heavy Industry Forklift experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
