Job Summary
Assign work schedules, conduct training for new associates, and monitor their daily progress. Provide day-to-day direction, review documents for accuracy, and maintain legible records or logs. Open and close the building as directed while reporting unsafe conditions that cannot be self-corrected. Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to the team. Requires 6-12 months of warehouse and forklift operation experience with a preferred certificate obtained within the first 30 days. This onsite role supports a group coordinator function focused on operational oversight and associate development.

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
