Job Summary
Maintain HVAC systems, perform water and electrical repairs, and execute preventative maintenance programs for material handling equipment. Conduct general carpentry on floors, walls, and doors, ensure safety equipment is operational, and answer security or alarm calls as needed. Complete required reports after finishing maintenance tasks and provide daily direction and guidance to the work group. Train new associates in identified work areas. Requires 2+ years of facility maintenance experience and handyman skills for minor warehouse repairs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year or more of handy man experience
- Minor repairs in warehouse environment, painting, hanging items, plumbing
- Warehouse maintenance experience
- 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
