Job Summary
Group Contracting Counsel responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of supplier agreements across the Group Procurement and Technology teams. Provide commercial legal advice, ensure terms comply with legal/regulatory requirements, develop contracting templates and streamline processes, and collaborate with IP, Data Privacy, AI, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Marketing, IT, Finance and HR. Must work in a fast-paced, international environment; English fluency required; Spanish a plus. Role based in Geneva or Madrid with a focus on risk management and business enablement through pragmatic legal guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer
- At least seven years of experience in commercial contracting
- Fluency in English required; Spanish would be an asset
