Job Summary
Lead Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Material Handling teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material flow from receipt through shipment. Manage inbound receiving, inventory transactions, and outbound shipments while coordinating transportation, freight carriers, and customer deliveries. Drive a strong safety culture, resolve inventory discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and delivery. Establish department KPIs, lead staffing and performance management, and develop training matrices to support production schedules across multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations
- Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management experience
- Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System experience
