Job Summary
Lead fun, safe, and effective group fitness classes (dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit training, and more) for participants at a premier client site in Plymouth, MA. Deliver high-energy, results-driven experiences, and foster a supportive fitness community. Flexible, as-needed teaching opportunities with competitive pay. Requires current national group exercise certification and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications; 2+ years of group exercise instruction strongly preferred. Responsibilities include providing engaging exercise sessions and navigating onboarding/timecard systems; pre-employment drug testing may be required. Compensation ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, resulting in annualized salaries between $41,600 and $72,800 depending on location, qualifications, and experience. Required Qualifications
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
