Job Summary
Lead safe, effective, high-energy group fitness classes while delivering an exceptional member experience through coaching, cueing, and motivation. Build community inside the club through engagement and support, providing guidance on form, modifications, and progressions. Assist with floor support and answer member questions as needed, representing the Workout Anytime brand through professionalism, positivity, and reliability. This role requires previous group fitness coaching experience, strong communication skills, and CPR certification. You will work in a supportive, team-driven environment with a FREE Premium Membership upon hire.
