Job Summary
Group Childcare Workers provide care to children in a group setting at Grand View Lodge during a resort event for conference attendees. Responsibilities include leading games, activities, crafts, contests, and an on-site movie, with a lead caregiver/manager coordinating the event. The role requires childcare experience and a cleared background check, and offers $20 per hour for part-time shifts on Saturdays (7:30am–noon and 5:45pm–10pm) in Nisswa, MN. Experience in engagingly supervising kids and facilitating age-appropriate activities is essential; candidates may be employed through Jovie and must be able to work on multiple dates as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience (babysitting, daycare, camp counselor, kids club, vacation bible school leader, etc.)
- Ability to pass a background screen
