Job Summary
Leads development and implementation of the facility's business strategy for Tenet Healthcare's Detroit Medical Center, using data to analyze market dynamics, trends, and competition; oversees annual business planning, forecasts, and senior-executive advisory work with the CEO. Drives expansion or development of service lines, collaborates with hospital leadership and physicians to align strategies with community needs, and leads consumer engagement efforts and strategically differentiated marketing plans with measurable ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
- Significant strategic leadership experience in healthcare or complex organizations
- Proven track record in developing and implementing market-facing strategies
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Experience advising senior executives (e.g., CEO) and leading cross-functional teams
- Capability to lead service line development and physician engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
