Job Summary
Lead as Group CFO, serving as the CEO’s strategic financial partner to strengthen performance and profitability, underwrite expansion into the US and Australia, and unify finance teams across the UK and South Africa into one group function. Drive consolidated reporting, group cash flow, and multi-currency treasury, while structuring capital allocation and enabling rapid decision-making for a growing international group. Build credibility with the founder, challenge thinking, and act as a trusted right hand while delivering performance improvements across staffing and hospitality activities.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with senior experience at CFO or FD level
- Multi-country group experience, ideally including the UK; real understanding of the UK tax and regulatory environment
- Exposure to both services and operational or hospitality businesses strongly preferred
