Group Chef

Manage and support a catering team while creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence. Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver an efficient, high-quality service, maintaining and controlling food stocks within budget. Ensure ongoing team communications, build internal and external relationships, manage reporting, and liaise with clients to enable operational excellence. You are accountable for COSHH, food safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care. Attend other sites, including Cummins Turbo and Graphic Packaging, as required to support operational needs. This role benefits from free airport parking.
