Job Summary
Group Capex Buyer responsible for managing Capex purchasing projects across multiple industrial sites. Define and deploy sourcing strategies, consolidate needs at Group level to define category strategies, manage supplier panels within SRM and CSR frameworks, lead Capex projects from requirements to completion, including supplier sourcing, RFQs and tenders, costing, negotiation and contract drafting, and monitor supplier performance and market intelligence to optimize supplier panels and ensure compliance with purchasing processes and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Engineering – preferably agro/agri – or Business) with specialization in Purchasing (MAI, DESMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capex purchasing within food industry or similar industrial environment
- Strong project management mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously
- Dynamic, agile and reactive
- Willingness to travel occasionally in France and abroad
- Fluent in French and English
