Group Business Line Controller

Job Summary
As a Group Business Line Controller, you will serve as the primary finance counterpart for Eurofins’ business-line finance teams, overseeing monthly/quarterly performance reporting, explaining movements in P&L, net working capital and Capex, and ensuring data integrity across reporting. You will review and validate financial submissions for policy compliance, analyze deviations between actuals and budgets, coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, collaborate with financial directors and local controllers, and contribute to standardising methodologies, KPIs, and governance while driving process automation. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and Excel skills, plus the ability to work with operational leaders across the Eurofins network, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, economics or business
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a controller or financial analyst, or as an auditor
- Controlling experience in a corporate support office is preferable
- Excellent level of English
- Relevant additional languages are considered a plus
