Job Summary
Outbound, new-business focused Group Business Development Representative role driving multi-day retreat, lodging, and experiential group bookings across the Southeast. Responsibilities include building a consistent outbound prospecting strategy targeting corporate, nonprofit, association, and incentive travel buyers; identifying decision-makers; maintaining a documented pipeline in CRM; developing customized proposals; leading the sales process through contract execution; meeting revenue targets; and collaborating with the Group Sales Manager, Marketing, and operations teams. Skills emphasized include consultative selling, stakeholder management across HR, executives, event planners, and partners; proposal development; travel to client meetings, site visits, and trade shows; and comfort working remotely with a flexible schedule. The role requires 3+ years in outbound B2B sales, pipeline management, CRM usage, and the ability to generate new opportunities in the corporate events/hospitality space. Experience with corporate event planning, incentive travel, nonprofit/association markets, and a demonstrated track record in proactive prospecting are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
