Job Summary
Lead governance and development of the Incident Reporting System (IRS) within Scania's global TIA platform for incident and risk management across HSE, Corporate Security and Fire. Act as Product Owner, manage requirements and roadmap with stakeholders, IT, and external partners; drive rollout and adoption in new organizations; train local Coordinators; facilitate global forums and cross-functional collaboration; ensure information security, privacy and documentation compliance (DPI, IRAM); identify trainings and support users globally; deliver reliable, structured data for reporting, analytics, and CSRD-related needs. Fluent in Swedish and English; operate in a global joint-effort environment across Scania. We welcome applicants from different locations within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with business analysis, system administration or similar roles
- Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Experience driving change, implementation, and development initiatives
- Experience working in governance and process development
