Drive mega brand growth and ROI for a leading pharmaceutical portfolio by optimizing promo spend, briefing and coordinating external agencies to prepare quarterly Visual Aids, ensuring timely printing and dispatch, and communicating brand updates to the field force. Lead planning for new product launches, analyze market potential and Rx trends, collaborate with NPD, finance, packaging, and regulatory teams, and manage stock allocation and distribution across geographies. Develop and manage promotional materials, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with printers and logistics for timely delivery. Requires strong negotiation, networking, creativity, data analysis, and project management skills; experience with Rx brands and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable. Educational qualifications include B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MBA and minimum 7+ years of marketing experience.
