Job Summary
Group Brand Manager responsible for driving mega brand growth and performance for Mintop portfolio. Key duties include optimizing promotional spend for ROI, preparing quarterly visuals and coordinating with ad agencies, evaluating and finalizing visual aids, coordinating printing and logistics, and communicating brand performance to the field force. Responsibilities also cover quarterly briefings for ASM-level teams, monthly field reviews, management of promotional materials and inputs, vendor negotiations, and ensuring timely distribution of visuals. In addition, the role involves identifying potential areas for new product launches, analyzing market potential, coordinating with finance for profitability, and collaborating with NPD, packaging, and FR&D to finalize features and launch plans. Required capabilities include strong negotiation and influencing skills, networking, creativity, data analysis, project management, regulatory understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and impactful communication. Educational qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MBA with a minimum of 7+ years of marketing experience are expected, with Rx-brand management and regional/sales exposure considered desirable.
