Job Summary
Group Benefits Sponsorships & Events Coordinator responsible for activating and executing GB sponsorship activities and events, coordinating with conference vendors and agencies, overseeing the sponsorship and events calendar, and ensuring deliverables along the critical path are tracked and completed. Manages vendor communications, attendee registrations and staff/client passes, prints materials, collects post-event surveys, analyzes metrics, maintains trademark/logo agreements with legal, and supports cross-functional teams (marketing, events services, design, communications). Requires strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with internal teams and external vendors; independent work style with attention to timelines; proficient in MS Office and related software. Hybrid role with opportunities to work both in office and remotely. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with a focus on Group Benefits sponsorships and events across global programs.
