Job Summary
Provides diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative support for executives, including composing and releasing routine or complex correspondences, gathering and reporting information, answering executives' phones with accurate messages, calendar management, travel planning and expense coordination, preparing meeting minutes and related documents, and liaising with outside groups for events where the executive is a corporate chair/director/committee member. Requires native-level Japanese, strong diplomacy and judgment, attention to detail, planning and prioritization, adaptability, and office administration skills to support sensitive conversations and high-level client interactions.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
