Job Summary
Support the Group Executive, Project Managers, and Field Personnel with administrative coordination, financial tracking, and project execution. Serve as the primary liaison between the group and corporate departments, managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and timecard reclassification. Handle contracts, change orders, budget reconciliations, and job closeouts while maintaining organized project files and audit compliance. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and compose correspondence to ensure seamless group operations. Maintain a physical presence onsite to oversee progress and assist the project management team as needed. Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program and comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking
- Organizational abilities
- Customer service skills
- Effective prioritization skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise prudent judgment
- Confidentiality and sensitivity with handling information
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a physical presence onsite
- Ability to regularly visit jobsites
- Ability to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed
- Ability to travel to work sites
- Ability to use personal protective equipment (e.g. safety glasses, gloves, safety vests, hard hats and steel-toed boots)
