Job Summary
Group Accounting Specialist drives development and standardization of group-wide financial reporting, supports group financial closings, collaborates across local entities and stakeholders, and works with SAP FI/CO to implement policies and system/process optimizations within the Anton Paar Group. Responsibilities include analyzing complex accounting issues under UGB/IFRS, aiding annual financial statements, developing reporting templates, and covering for staff in operational accounting while maintaining cross-functional collaboration and clear communication in German and English. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting
- At least 5 years of professional experience in auditing or group accounting
- In-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards (UGB/IFRS)
- Very good skills in SAP, particularly in FI/CO
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
