Group Accountant (m/w/d)

Group Accountant (m/w/d) with responsibility for coordinating and ensuring the monthly reporting for subsidiaries, IFRS consolidation, and intercompany reconciliation; involvement in preparing the consolidated group financial statements under IFRS, implementation of central holding functions in Group Accounting, and ongoing support and development of consolidation processes (SAP SEM-BCS); establishment and development of group accounting policies and consolidation procedures; preparation of specific balance sheet items under IFRS; involvement in integration projects after acquisitions and internal transformations; requires IFRS and UGB knowledge, SAP/ERP experience (SAP preferred), strong Excel skills, and excellent German and English, with a collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility; attractive compensation depending on experience with development opportunities, flexible working hours, home office, part-time options, and extensive training/satellite offerings through SWARCO Academy; international team environment and corporate social responsibilities highlighted.
