Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of client accounts within Klick Group’s client services practice, driving overall client success and strategic guidance. Mentor and develop a high-performing client services team, guide project execution with regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration, and oversee budgets, forecasting, and staffing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality life-sciences programs, ensuring strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director level, financial acumen in forecasting and resource planning, and effective communication. Enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows and contributing to account planning and growth opportunities. A university degree is required, with MBA preferred, and 10+ years of client service experience in advertising plus 5+ years in pharma/healthcare advertising are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
- Experience managing $8–12M+ in scope and overseeing multiple brands or large accounts
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director level
- University degree required; MBA preferred
