Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of client accounts in life sciences advertising, directing client services to ensure exceptional delivery, strategic guidance, and strong partnerships across teams. Oversee client relationships, drive growth opportunities, and champion operational excellence with cross-functional collaboration. Manage project execution with regulatory compliance, budgets, forecasting, and staffing; mentor a high-performing client services team and guide scopes of work and AI-enabled workflows. Requires 10+ years in advertising, 5+ years in pharma/healthcare advertising, experience managing $8–12M+ in scope, and a university degree (MBA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
- Experience managing $8–12M+ in scope and overseeing multiple brands or large accounts
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director level
- Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- University degree required; MBA preferred
