Job Summary
Group 4 Production Utility operates a production cell with more advanced machine operation than Group 3, owning the overall quality and production of the cell. Responsibilities include performing hourly quality checks, assisting in setup/changeover duties, ensuring the cell meets production requirements, supporting Group 3 peers, completing Finished reports, maintaining a clean work area, and upholding strict safety procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must have some industrial production experience
- Mechanical inclination and problem solving is preferred
- Must be able to use tablets and basic computer software
- Ability to calculate, reason, problem solve, and read and write in English
- Frequent standing, walking, gripping, and reaching as well as occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulder level
- Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
- Actively ensures that all safety requirements and procedures are met at all times
